How to ensure a proper installation of my bathroom accessories?
For both cases, adhesive bathroom accessories and drilling bathroom accessories, you must read and follow accurately the INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS included. You will find a detailed explanation of the installation process in order to have a perfect hold and support.
In addition, we recommend that before placing the bathroom accessories, check out the installation videos on our Youtube Channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/banodiseno/videos), you will find the adhesive and with drill installation videos available.

On what surfaces can I install adhesive bathroom accessories?
· YOU MUST PLACE THE ACCESSORY ON A COMPLETELY SMOOTH WALL: tiles, porcelain, marbles, granites, crystals, polyester or melamine wood.
· IT CANNOT BE PLACED ON NON-SMOOTH SURFACES: uneven or rough tiles, slates, gresites, tile joints, painted walls or varnished wood.

My bathroom accessory has come unstuck, what should I do?
The reason your bathroom accessory has come unstuck is due to improper installation.
- You must place the accessory on a completely smooth wall: tiles, porcelain, marbles, granites, crystals, polyester or melamine wood.
- It cannot be placed on non-smooth surfaces: uneven or rough tiles, slates, gresites, tile joints, painted walls or varnished wood.

How to remove adhesive accessories from the wall?
To detach a piece from the wall, carefully with a spatula and with the help of a nylon thread, saw and lever between the accessory and the wall until it is completely detached.
You can also use a hairdryer to heat the adhesive, which will soften and makes the job easier. If there are any traces of adhesive on the wall or on the plate of the piece, you can remove them with a cloth wet with acetone.

How should I clean my bathroom accessories?
For a perfect conservation of the accessories, it should be cleaned only with a chamois or damp cloth and dry with a dry microfiber cloth to avoid lime stains, never apply chemical products that are acidic or abrasive.
All products purchased through our online store have a 10-year warranty, as long as their use and care are appropriate.

Which material do you use to manufacture the accessories?
The materials used in the manufacture of our accessories are noble materials of 1st quality and 100% stainless. Used: brass, aluminum, AISI-304 stainless steel and 3M brand adhesives.
We use a chrome plating coating with a minimum average thickness of 40 microns. Chromium becomes a key element since it has a high affinity for oxygen and reacts with it to form a layer that prevents corrosion.
Stainless steel is a durable, corrosion and stain resistant material. It has natural qualities that allow it to not need an additional coating to maintain itself, which makes it an especially interesting component for bathroom accessories or complements.
All the hardware is stainless.

We may have run out of stock temporarily and we can inform you via email when there is stock again.
Shipments

What are the shipping costs?
Shipments to Spain (peninsula) are free with a minimum purchase of 15 euros (if the purchase is less than 15 euros, shipping costs will be 5 euros).
For shipments to Balearic Islands, shipping costs are free with a minimun purchase of 90 euros (if the purchase is less than 90 euros, shipping costs will be 10 euros).

Baño Diseño is not responsible for customs duties or the possible retention at Customs.

To which destinations are shipments made?
We currently ship orders in Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Consult destinations of international shipments.

What is the total delivery time for your order?
Shipments to the Peninsula reach their destination within 3-4 business days from the date of purchase, as long as it´s made on weekdays (monday to friday) before 13:00 hours (GMT + 1 ). If the orders are made after the indicated times, the period shall run from the next business day.
Shipments to Baleares reach their destination within 4-6 business days from the date of purchase, as long as it´s done on weekdays before 13:00 hours (GMT + 1). If the purchase is made after the indicated times, the period shall run from the next business day.
International shipments reach their destination within 6-7 business days from the date of purchase, as long as it is made on weekdays before 13:00 hours (GMT + 1). If it´s made after the indicated times, the period shall run from the next business day.

What transportation agency handles the delivery?
Usually shipments to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands are done by ENVIALIA agency.
International shipments are done through ENVIALIA INTERNATIONAL agency.

How do I track my orders?
You can view your order status at any time. Simply register as a user on our website, go to "My Orders" and enter the reference number we sent you in the email order confirmation.
Please note that we are also pending your order at any time to mediate with the transport agency if necessary.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?
Yes, we will deliver your order to any address within the countries available for shipments. We can send the order to your work, to a friend´s address, relative or neighbour. At the end of the purchase process, when you are requested, please indicate the desired shipping address and full name of the person who will sign for the package.
We don´t deliver to PO Boxes.

What should I do when my order payment has been declined?
If your payment is declined, you can click on "Retry". Check to see if the card details you entered are correct and try again. If it is still being declined, contact your bank or credit card company. Alternatively, try using a different card. You also have the possibility to choose PAYPAL as another payment method, there is no need to have an account. I am trying to pay with Paypal but I'm having troubles. What does it mean?
If you have problems with Paypal maybe it´s because your account has not been verified. Baño Diseño only accepts Paypal payments from verified accounts. You can find information on how to verify your Paypal account here.

What happens if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?
Someone needs to be at the shipping address as we may need a signature. Don’t worry if you aren’t, our carrier usually tries to deliver more than once. The carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick your order up or rearrange the delivery. There is also a possibility that a friend, neighbour or a co-worker signs the delivery for you.
Returns and cancellations

How I can make an exchange or refund for my order?
- Print out the return form. Access to www.banodiseno.com/returns, locate your order and cut it in half.

Wrap the product with the original packaging, put the "Return Form" inside and stick the "Return Label" with adhesive tape on the outside of the box.

Give the package to the driver. We will collect your package at the time you specified.

Once we have received the package in Baño Diseño and after verifying that the merchandise is in perfect condition, you will Receive the refund within 14 business days with the same payment method you made your purchase.

What is the time limit to make an exchange or refund?
If you need to exchange or return a product you can do it within the next 14 business days from the date you received your order.

Is there a fee for exchanges or refunds?
If an exchange item is to be sent, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost on the exchange item as determined by the area of origin and the costs associated with that area, also it will depend on the weight and volume of the goods.
Baño Diseño is not responsible for customs costs or the possible retention in customs.
If an exchange item is to be sent to replace faulty goods, the customer will not be responsible for the shipping charge.

When will I receive my refund?
The payment will be made within 14 business days from the date we receive the package, only when items are returned in their original condition (check Return Policy). The refund will ve made with the same paying method you used.

How I can cancel my order before it has been shipped?
If you need to cancel your order please contact us via emai bdonline@banodiseno.com or call us at +34 965 817 772 and we will inform you of the order´s current status and the possibility of cancellation. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In case you want to make a return, you will have to bear the cost of returning.
