RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The Customer has a maximum of fourteen (14) days after the delivery of the product to return the purchase, total or partial, according with the applicable law. After those fourteen (14) business days, Baño Diseño will not accept returns or any services cancellations.
The Return Service is not free.
If you want to make an exchange of your product for a different model, please return the purchased items and make a new order.
All items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and with all the original packaging, boxes and labels. If the returned item has any damage the return will be refused.
Please also return Baño Diseño´s boxes and the original package with the installation materials, the installing instructions and other documentation, with all protective materials and labels. Otherwise, Baño Diseño shall be entitled to deduct the value of the Customer´s reimbursement, or refuse products returned.
You must always include in your parcel the Return Authorization email singed by you to help us identify the goods and process your refund promptly. If the Return Authorization Form is not sent together with the goods, the returns may not be accepted and returned to you at your own cost.
All items are subject to a quality control before shipping. If you receive a product with any faults please notify us immediately by email at email@example.com.
Please follow the following steps to return any item:
1.Access to www.banodiseno.com/es/en/returns, locate your order by entering your email and order number. You can also go to the footer and click in RETURNS.
2. Indicate if you want to make a return. Select the reason. Click RETURN ITEMS.
3. You will receive a "Return In Process" mail. Once we accept the collection, you will receive a Return Confirmation email. Sign it and print it.
4.Pack up the product in the original packaging and affix the printed and signed return confirmation email.
5. Call your transportation agency (shipping charges paid by the customer) and send the package to o our warehouse address:

6.The product will be reviewed by our Quality Control Department. Once your return has been received and checked in our facilities, you will be notified by email to proceed with the refund.
7.The refund for return will be paid within a period of 14 business days with the same payment method of your purchase.

If you retract from this contract, we will refund all payments we receive from you (except shipping costs and return costs) in no more than 30 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used for your purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
You must send or deliver the products to return before the 14 day period has expired, from the date you communicate us about your withdrawal from this contract.
The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product if the deterioration is due to an improper use, that is not approved by an ordinary quality inspection and functional testing of the product. By "Quality inspection and functional checks" means the product is tested in the same way as it would be done normally in a retail business. Therefore, if the product is damaged, Baño Diseño will deduct the pertinent repair or replacement cost from the refund.
*For hygiene reasons, we will not make returns nor refunds of used items.
A)WHEN YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM
All our articles are subject to a quality inspection before leaving our warehouse. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, Baño Diseño will pay for the shipping costs. If you have any question, please contact with Customer Service by phone or email after 14 days of receiving your order, so that we can give you the right solution.
B)ITEMS WITH MANUFACTURING FAULTS DETECTED AFTER USE
Hidden manufacturing defects are evident upon use of the article may exist. Please keep in mind that items damaged as a result of wear and an improper installation will not be considered to be faulty.
If you encounter a defective item during the first two years after your purchase please send us an email to email@example.com with a brief description of the problem and a photograph to help us identify if it is a manufacturing fault. If we detect a manufacturing fault we will arrange the collection and our technicians will examine the product.
The acceptance of a defective item will take place once we have received the item in our warehouse and after the inspection by our technicians. In the case of a defective product, we will proceed to fix it if possible. If repairing is not feasible, we will proceed to replace the item by one exactly like it. We will only proceed to make a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
